" Nice to meet to Dr.Seuss"

Hello dear families, great to see you back to our blog!
We have been working each Friday, with 3 and 4 years old students some stories of the famous writer Dr.Seuss.
Theodor Seuss Geise was an American writer, cartoonist, animator, book publisher, and artist best known for authoring children's books under the pen name Dr. Seuss
Some of his most famous story books are “the cat in the hat”, “Horton hears a who”, “How The Grinch Stole Christmas”,  “the lorax”, or “ONE FISH, TWO FISH, RED FISH, BLUE FISH”.
Geisel wrote most of his books in anapestic tetrameter, a poetic meter employed by many poets of the English literary canon. This is often suggested as one of the reasons that Geisel's writing was so well received.
We have tried to work into  the “sentimental” part of each story, teaching them how to recycle ( the lorax) to take care about others (Horton) and to do all our best to be nice with others ( the cat in the hat).

Here we attach some pictures of our crafts and works in class, hope you enjoy at much as we do in class, and remember “The more that you read, the more thing you will know, the more that you learn, the more places you’ll go”.
